Well, it’s been a weird week. I didn’t even realize it was Friday this morning! Here is how I measure up today…

Ok ok… I know what you are thinking. How in the world did she go from 156 to 149.5!? I think a lot was water weight. I was super bloated! Hence: the waist measurement shrinking by 2″
From now on, my husband will be doing my measuring since last week I think I did them funky. Well – this definitely gives me motivation to continue! It will be harder though since I’ve got the easy weight off (all the bloat).
So this past week, we were eating on left overs like turkey and casseroles and some lasagna and salads. We are making it a habit to eat breakfast and dinner together as a family (including Jackson). I bought a Nintendo Wii with my Christmas/birthday money and I’ve been playing a boxing game on it. I did that like 3 days out of the week and went for a short stroll on the one day it was nice this past week.
Some things I need to watch out for: hot chocolate, frequent snacking, being lazy!
I will be walking more frequently – the weather is starting to become a tad bit warmer (hope it lasts) so that means more walks for Jackson and me. I have a leg magic so I plan on doing a few minutes of that every other day.
