Friday Weigh In

Ok – so last week I had NO change at all and I was very upset. This week I have worked harder.. I have worked out 30 minutes a day (walking) and then lifting and playing with my  20ish pound baby.  I have been cooking dinner and avoiding junk food.

When I checked my weight on Wednesday I was at 148 (yay) so I felt like I was right on track. So this morning i was excited to step on the scale and get measured.  My excitement quickly left me… I don’t know what happened between Wednesday and Friday. Maybe it was the pancakes I had for breakfast on Thursday.

Here are some things I need to work on…

  1. Drink more water!
  2. Smaller Portions
  3. Incorporate Weights into workout
  4. Do ab exercises (every other day)
